Complete rebuild with rear extension and loft conversion
This house was taken down and rebuilt. We added a rear extension to the property creating larger rooms, and a loft conversion which created a further two bedrooms upstairs. We finished the property internally, with screeding, plastering, electrics, plumbing, flooring, tiling, painting, decorating, and installing a kitchen and a bathroom. Externally we landscaped the garden and drive, laying stone on the driveway, fenced and turfed the rear garden and laid a patio at the bottom for a shed.
